A missing detection does not prove that content is safe. It can depend on the rule, its state, context or protection availability.

Checks

1. Confirm active protection on the tab you are using.
2. If you manage rules, check that the rule belongs to the correct organization and is enabled.
3. Describe what you expected to detect using an equivalent fictional sample.
4. Request a review of that sample through the available testing procedure.

If the problem continues

Do not send the original to demonstrate the problem. Report the category, version and general steps. A correction should check both the failing case and cases that should remain undetected.
