Audit records and reports help review activity available under your permissions. An audit record alone does not prove that ChatGPT finished processing a request.

Steps

1. Open the audit or reports section enabled in your dashboard.
2. Review the period and filters before interpreting results.
3. Check what each state represents and consult the available detail.
4. If your version supports export, verify scope and format before downloading and retain the file according to organizational policy.

Availability and limits

Specific export formats and controls require version-specific validation. Scheduled reports and automatic delivery are not promised. If an option is unavailable, contact your administrator; do not copy sensitive information to external services to create a report.
