Resolve Defend access problems in Defend; signing in to ChatGPT again does not restore your Defend account.
Checks
Section titled “Checks”- Check that the address belongs to the environment specified by your organization.
- Check the account email without sharing passwords or access codes.
- If you forgot the password, ask your administrator to restore access; self-service recovery is not verified in this version.
- If an invitation or recovery message does not arrive, check mail folders and ask your administrator before repeating requests.
